My name is David DeSisto.  I have a clean, private, quiet (nearly silent) gym facility in San Francisco.  At DeSisto Strength Training, my facility, my trainers and I ONLY see clients one-on-one.  We only use the ZeroForce Method Exercise Protocol.  It’s the fastest way to get you stronger and healthier and help you regain energy.

Once you come in for your complimentary intake session, your trainer will use the information you provide to create a workout program that fits your needs.  Your trainer will then introduce you to this special workout and you’ll quickly see how proper weight-training is done to get maximum results in minimum time.

Lose Fat AND Gain Muscle Fast!

As you learn the proper form, the slow-motion exercise will become very challenging.  Typically, you can quickly gain 3-6 pounds of muscle while you lose 10-20 pounds of fat in only 20 minutes, once or twice a week.

If you’ve tried exercising but never got the real change you expected, it was likely because of just one or both of the following:

  1. The intensity was too low
  2. The frequency was too high

If you’ve been told you have to do Zumba classes at 6:00AM, run for miles a day, and then lift some weights later, you’ve gotten some old, run down advice.
